This lecture specially invited Professor LU Zhaoyang from Xidian University in Xi\u2019an, China to be the keynote speaker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Starting from the origin of the name of Shaanxi, history of Sanqin, environment, climate and characteristics of folk customs, Professor LU vividly depicts the important position and profound cultural deposits that Xi\u2019an (Chang\u2019an), and even Shaanxi hold in Chinese civilization.
