Xidian University (referred to as “XDU”) is a key national university directly under the Ministry of Education of China, renowned for its focus on information and electronics disciplines. According to the latest ESI report, its disciplines in Information and Communication Engineering and Computer Science and Technology rank in the top 0.1% globally. XDU emphasizes balanced development across engineering, science, management, literature, and economics, with a distinctive focus on electronic information. 

XDU places a strong emphasis on international exchange and cooperation, having established friendly relations and various forms of collaboration with 175 universities and research institutions across 39 countries and regions.
Since 2008, XDU has enrolled over 4,000 international students from more than 100 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico etc.

西安电子科技大学（以下简称“西电”）是中国教育部直属的以信息与电子学科为特色的全国重点大学。根据ESI最新报告，信息与通信工程和计算机科学与技术学科进入世界前1‰。学校注重工、理、管、文、经等学科的协调发展，电子信息学科特色鲜明，建有2个国家一级重点学科，其中计算机科学位列全球第12名、工程学全球排名第89名。

西电重视国际交流与合作，先后与39个国家和地区的175所大学及研究机构建立友好关系并开展了多种形式的交流与合作。自2008年以来已累计招收来自美国、英国、法国、德国、墨西哥、日本、韩国、巴基斯坦、马来西亚、埃塞俄比亚、坦桑尼亚等100多个国家的4000余名留学生来西电学习。
